Artist's Description
A young child stands facing a wall, reaching up towards a stylized American flag where the stars and stripes are replaced with an assortment of black cats. Bold, vertical red strokes give an impressionistic feel to the stripes, creating a contrast against the black and white elements of the flag and the child's polka-dot dress.
